Residents are responsible for electricity through ComEd and internet through Comcast Xfinity. Water, sewer, gas, trash ($30), and pest control ($3) are billed through Conservice. All Conservice charges are paid through the resident portal. A $50 monthly penalty applies if utilities are not placed in the resident’s name as required.
